It has always been important to us that support to our clients goes beyond the time of the funeral and we have been pleased to be able to offer SAIF Care to our clients since its launch in 2018. SAIF Care provides a confidential bereavement counselling service to help for loved ones who feel they need extra support at the time of a bereavement. The service includes a telephone helpline, email advice, online chat facility and up to six face-to-face sessions which can be used by an individual or shared between family at absolutely no cost to any of our clients.
